New Asymmetric Optics Improves Illumination Efficiency
Lumascape has added asymmetric optics to their range of facade linear grazers! These asymmetric optics provide effective beam distribution, with intensity directed to where it is most needed, and reduced where it is not.
To increase illumination efficiency, the new beam options include several exciting new features:
- Superior color-over-angle performance
- Increased illumination consistency
- Engineered optics map light effectively on the wall
- Greater spacing between luminaires with less contrast
Asymmetric optics help to direct and control light in a way that maximizes its efficiency, allowing for a more uniform illumination spread across the surface. Regarding this innovative new feature, Cameron Spiller, Category Manager at Lumascape says: “After receiving strong feedback from many of our key partners, we are pleased to unveil our new asymmetric optics options. The new beam angles provide superior performance in grazing and wall-washing applications. Linealux L1
At only 1.1″ (28 mm) wide, the Generation 2, Linealux L1 mini grazer provides enormous creative lighting potential, in a very small package. Unique and flexible designer optics allow wide end-to-end spacing while maintaining excellent uniformity and superb color-over-angle and blending consistency even at close grazing distances. Available in a range of standard lengths from 1 ft (300 mm) to 5 ft (1500 mm), the Linealux L1 Generation 2 provides excellent installation flexibility.
Linealux L3
A compact, high-performance linear grazer luminaire combining technology and performance in a stylish design. Controllable in 1 foot segments through the use of PowerSync™ and provides superb color-over-angle consistency and blending of colors even at close blending distances.
Linealux L3 Foundation
A compact, high-performance linear grazer luminaire that combines technology and performance in a stylish design. Packed with features such as EasyGlow™providing visual comfort. High-performance optics provide perfect colour over angle even in the most challenging of grazing applications. Unique and flexible optics allow wide end-to-end spacing whilst maintaining excellent uniformity. Available with integrated Dali control, 0-10 V dimming or as non-dimmable.
Linealux L5
A high-power architectural grade luminaire that combines technology and performance in a stylish linear form factor. Unique and flexible optics allow wide end-to-end spacing whilst maintaining excellent uniformity. Designer lens options are offered as standard to provide superb color-over-angle consistency and blending of colors even at close blending distances. Available in white, color-changing and tunable white light engines.
