On Thursday, February 23rd, California Lighting Sales participated in the 27th Wally Whitney Memorial Product Fair, produced by IES Los Angeles. This annual event was held at The Reef in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Product fair is the lead funding source for IES Los Angeles Section Student Education Fund, which consists of the Saul Goldin Memorial Internship Program and the Russell Cole Memorial Design Competition. Your attendance helps to facilitate these programs.
CLS is extremely grateful for the support of our participating manufacturers and their contribution to the success of the show. Despite deplorable weather conditions, over 900 attendees braved the elements and made it to the show. With the help of our manufacturers and the lighting community at large, the IESLA was able to exceed the fundraising goal of $35,000 for their student programs. This amount will fully fund their Student Design Competition for 2023.
