We concluded Saturday’s unforgettable entertainment by heading back across the Golden Gate Bridge (this time without the dense fog) to San Francisco’s famous North Beach district for dinner at Mangarosa, a unique – and uniquely enjoyable -- Italian-Brazilian restaurant.
